Time To Complete
It takes two hours to compete this course as required by the Bankruptcy Code.

Course Provided in English
This course is provided in English. We do not offer bilingual instruction or professional interpreter assistance. For courses in other languages, you may visit the US Trustee website to find a provider.

Instructors Qualifications
Our instructors are educators at heart, and have many years of experience working with adult learners. We hold advanced degrees in law, dispute resolution, and business management. We also have many years of experience providing personal financial counseling in family law and bankruptcy cases. Accordingly we bring a wealth of real life experience and knowledge to the courses we offer. We are also required to attend continuing education seminars every two years to keep our certifications current.

Policy on paying or receiving referral fees for the referral of debtors
Our policy prohibits us from paying or receiving referral fees for the referral of debtors to take our course.

Obligation to promptly provide certificates of completion
We have an obligation to promptly issue your certificate only if you complete the course. If you complete the course during the business day, your certificate will be issued before the end of the day. If you complete the course after hours (on the weekend or holiday) you will receive your certificate the next business day. Email delivery of the certificate is included at no additional charges.  You may also log into our Course Management System at any time (after completing the course) to download or print your certificate.

Disclosure of information to the United States Trustee 
We might be required to disclose debtor information to the United States Trustee in connection with the United States Trustee's oversight, or during the investigation of complaints, or during on-site visits, or during quality of service reviews.

The United States Trustee has reviewed only this instructional course. The United States Trustee has neither reviewed nor approved any other products or services provided.

Service and Complaint Procedures
This course is available on the Internet 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm EST. A live representative will be available during this time to answer any questions and resolve any issues which may arise. Email support is available for questions that arise outside normal business hours.

Payment and Refund Policy
We only accept payment via credit or debit card. Your card will be authorized for the full amount of your purchase at the time of your order. You may only request a refund after you have made payment and before a certificate of completion has been generated. The certificate generation date and time are stamped on the certificate. Once a certificate of completion has been generated, there will be no refund granted.

Fee Waiver or Reduced Fee Policy
This course is offered regardless of your ability to pay. You may become eligible for a partial reduction or complete waiver of our course fees. If your household income for the State you live is less than 150% of the income of the official poverty guidelines as identified by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (see: https://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guidelines), or if you are able to demonstrate other special circumstances which limits your ability to pay. Please call us at (813) 966-4503 to open a fee reduction request case. We will also ask you to send us supporting documentation with the number of people in your household, the yearly gross income, and a statement of any special circumstances for us to consider.
